Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Wrrk. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wrrk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, trial users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Wrrk is an AI-powered workspace and CRM platform that provides tools for team collaboration, customer relationship management, multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram, email), calendar integration, workflow automation, campaign management, and related business tools. The Service is offered via subscription plans and may be updated, expanded, or modified over time.
3. User Accounts & Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at nitya@wrrk.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) send unsolicited bulk messages or spam; (c) transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (d) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (e) harass, abuse, or harm any person; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network; (g) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; or (h) use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
The Service is available on a subscription basis starting at $9.99/month. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
6. Intellectual Property
Wrrk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Wrrk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (Calendar, Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook, Teams), Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram), and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Third-party integrations may be modified or discontinued at any time.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRRK TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date, or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
