Manage members, roles, teams, and organization-level access using the current Organization surface.
Use Organization in the administration area to manage members, invitations, teams, roles, and organization-level access. The current roles are super_admin, manager, agent.
Bundle selection and the Module Store decide which modules are enabled in a workspace. Role permissions decide which roles can see or use an enabled module. These are separate checks: an administrator denial wins over a bundle grant, and module access does not automatically change the bundle selection.
The current Settings sidebar includes Profile (/settings/profile; All members), Security (/settings/session-security; All members), Ask wrrk.ai (/settings/assistant; All members), Tasks (/settings/tasks; Manager or Super Admin), Calling (/settings/telephony; All members), Storage (/settings/storage; All members), SLA & Escalation (/settings/sla; Manager or Super Admin), Workflows (/settings/workflows; Super Admin), Billing & Credits (/settings/billing; Super Admin), Referrals (/settings/referrals; Super Admin), API Keys (/settings/api-keys; Manager or Super Admin), Data & Export (/settings/data; Super Admin).
